What's The Delivery Time For a Hayze Garter?

As all of our Wedding Garters are entirely handmade and we buy our fabrics from local suppliers please expect between 1-2 weeks for your garter to be made and dispatched to you. If you have ordered a bespoke garter, once the design is finalised we will be able to give you a more accurate timescale for dispatch. 

We understand that we can all leaves things a little last minute, so if you need your Bridal Garter sooner, e-mail us on hannah@hayzebridal.com to request a rush order!

How Does the Sizing Work on the Bridal Garters?

All of the garters are available in both a S/M and a M/L. We suggest you use a tape measure to measure the circumference around the thigh where the garter fits. 

S/M = 45-60cm

M/L= 60-75cm

However if you're size is not listed, please do contact us on hannah@hayzebridal.com for a custom-sized garter at no extra cost. 

The garters are all fastened with 2 Sliders at the back and a clasp and so are adjustable like a bra strap. That means you can find the perfect fit for you to stay comfortable all day! 

What if my Garter doesn't fit when I receive it? 

If you receive your garter and it's not absolutely perfect for you then please send it back and we'll exchange it for the right size. We have a 90 day refund and exchange policy so that you can be 100% sure you love your Garter for your Wedding Day!

What if I buy a Garter but change size before my Wedding Day?

Drop us an e-mail on hannah@hayzebridal.com and we can arrange for your Bridal Garter to be tweaked to the right size before your big day. Just make sure you let us know with 3-4 weeks in advance. 

How Do the Garters Arrive Packaged?

All of our Hayze Bridal Garters come packaged in a White Hayze Gift Box at no extra cost. You can ugrade to our deluxe gift box, complete with dried flower bouquet and champagne for an additional £15. 

Can I personalise my Bridal Garter?

Yes! All of our Garters can be personalised with initial charms. We have both Silver and Gold Available and we can personalise with 2 of your new initials! 

Can I still refund or exchange my Garter if it has been personalised with initial charms?

Yes! Even if your Garter has been personalised with initial charms, you will still have the 90 day return or exchange policy should the garter not be perfect for you! 

Do you offer Bespoke Designs? 

Yes! If there is a specific design in mind or feature you'd like then please get in touch and ask us about our bespoke service! So far we've had requests for Marvel Themes, using pearls from sentimental jewellery and adding additional 'something blue' beads/charms to our ivory designs!

Can I still refund or exchange my bespoke Bridal Garter?

Unfortunately, the only garters we cannot refund or exchange are Wedding Garters that have been designer especially for you. As they are handmade and the materials will have been bought only for you then we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on these items. 

If you have any problems with sizing or a garter being faulty please e-mail hannah@hayzebridal.com and we will rectify the problem as soon as we can.
